      Nike Air Max Origins

Nike's revolutionary Air-Sole unit made its way into Nike footwear in 1978. In 1987, the Nike Air Max 1 debuted with visible air in its heel, allowing fans more than just the feel of Air-Sole comfort—suddenly they could see it. Since then, next-generation Nike Air Max shoes have become a hit with athletes and collectors by offering striking color combinations and reliable, lightweight cushioning.

The only shoe that does not bother my plantar faciitis. Last version the sole separated. Hopefully this one will not have the same issue since the sole design is different.

good beater shoe that I bought for work. Only complaint is that the shoe doesn't breath at all so constant sock changes are a must otherwise your could get an infection.

I can not give these shoes an informed evaluation, other than the fact that they were too small for me to wear! Since I am required to provide a "star" rating, I have given them 4 stars!

I have been wearing New Balance 608's in one version or another, in size 13 4E, for more years than I can remember. They have always been a very comfortable fit from the start. These however were quite tight and seem to be a bit shorter than the older pair I have been wearing. They also seem to be a lot lighter in weight. I ordered one pair in white/navy and another in the brown. I am returning them both and ordering another pair of each in size 14 4E. Hopefully those will fit more comfortably?

Roomy, sturdy shoes with removable insoles, approved for my use by orthopedic surgeon following foot surgery.

Fits as expected, more comfortable than the Sketchers they replaced. Will update review after we see how long they last.

Went 1/2 size larger and they fit just right.

These fit perfectly. Quite comfortable for a pair of sneakers.

I loved my Puma Clydes back in the day and haven't paid a lot of attention to sneakers recently (regardless of Mt son being a "Sneakerhead". I loved busting these out on him and he really likes them as well. Second pair, here we come.

I gotta say, I've never been this disappointed with Asics shoes in my life. This is my favorite brand and I've probably purchased Asics half a dozen times, but I will never buy this model again. The shoes are extremely uncomfortable. They irritate my feet when I exercise and leave my feet on the verge of blisters. It's so bad that I can't wear them the next day. I'm not sure if maybe they run too big, but that really surprises me because my shoe size doesn't fluctuate and I have always purchased a size 10, sometimes even 10 1/2. Also, if your feet overpronate I do not recommend these at all as the support on these shoes make my overpronation worse.

        3-month update:
The shoes are now even worse! If there were was an option to choose 0 stars, I would lower my initial 1-star review. It's only been 3 months and the shoes are actually falling apart. I've had Asics shoes that I've worn for hours, 6 days a week, when I used to do marching band that have held up for literally years, but 3 months in and the soles are detaching. I only wear them twice a week for about 2 hours each day when I go to the gym. I'm beginning to think these are not real Asics and maybe I got a knock-off sent to me. Money down the drain :(

Have been wearing Brooks Adrenaline shoes for running & power walking for many years. Ordered the GTS 18 expecting the same fit and comfort as those I purchased previously. This is a completely different shoe. I wrote a a glowing review of this shoe after the first couple of days. Within two weeks, I had pain in my left knee and the toes on my right foot were numb and sore at the end of my workout. The bottoms of both feet sore as well. This shoe does not have the structure needed for a tough workout.
         , October 24, 2018 ( FEATURED REVIEW )
Fit as expected for Brooks. I love love these shoes. The change I love the most is that they got rid of the little bit of plastic covering that used to come up over the big toe side of the top. I attribute that bit of plastic/rubber to my bruised toes after a half marathon. The absence of that makes the toe box feel bigger. Not sure it's any wider, but it just feels so roomy and comfy. After a 10 miler in these I felt no discomfort in toes or anywhere else. Everything else, to me, feels the same as the Ghost 9s that I loved so much. Wonderful upgrade.

I bought these shoes cause my ass is getting older and things are breaking down, like my foot and knees, so, I scoured Amazon for the cheapest highest rated shoes I could find cause the Asian in me would not allow me to buy $100+ shoes from Footlocker and I found these. I figured, these aren't coolest looking shoes, but, at my age style doesn't hold the same mystique it did before, so I bought this old man walking shoes for practicality purposes and I'm glad I did.

A few things about these shoes:
        1. They don't look like old man shoes, they have a nice grey contrast and even tho they have those large old man soles, it doesn't look so bad cause it looks stylish against the rest of the shoe.

        2. These shoes are light, when I got the box I was a bit thrown back how light it was to the point I thought I was tricked, but, no, they are that light.

3, The size fits true to the foot, I wear 10.5 and these fit exactly.

        4. The 2E width is perfect for my pudgy squat foot.

        1. No or little arch support, so if you need arch this probably ain't the shoe for you.

        2. The quality/durability is suspect. The shoe is light and it's very cushy/comfortable but it feels like this shoe will conk out < year

Other than that I like the show and for you old farts like me who need cheap comfy shoes for wide squat thick feet, this shoe is for you.

I've been buying New Balance MX-001 lasted shoes (MX608, MX623) for years now...probably a pair every year or so for the last 15+ years. Historically, for me, they have fit better, given more support (flat feet), and held up better than just about any other knock-about training shoe I've bought (Nike, Adidas, etc). In addition, the non-marking sole is great for boat decks (your boat-owner friends won't get upset and hand you a scrub bucket!)

As others have noted, there is a fit difference with the V3 vs. the earlier shoes. In particular, I find the heel pocket to be just slightly wider than before, so I get a very small amount of heel-lift while walking. This is probably my biggest concern right now. There is also less arch support than in older models, though with a custom orthotic, this is less of an issue for me.

On the quality side, you can see a few obvious cost-saving measures--the 'N' on each side of the shoe is no longer embroidered, but simply a plastic/rubber molding glued or welded to the upper. The heel pull loop is no longer stitched into the upper, but merely tacked onto the outside of the upper. Too early to tell about durabilty--I'm hoping the sole is of better quality than on the V2, where the outer-most (bottom) layer delaminated from the midsole after only a few months of use. Better is the label on the tongue--with the V2, it was a 1.5" w x 1/2" h strip tack-stitched on the left and right ends (1/2" dimension), easily snagged and torn off the tongue when lacing up the shoes. The V3 has a 1.5" w x 1" tall label stitched across the bottom and also into the top of the tongue--less likely to snag and looks to be more robust.

Purchased them for my son to wear for school during his gym days and they fit great, with no issues and the Velcro comes in really handy since he doesn't know how to tie his shoe yet since he's two years old. They stay on his feet with no issues and he's able to play and run around with no issues. really great buy!
         , October 26, 2018 ( FEATURED REVIEW )
On wearing once or twice water is soaking through leaving these with a mouldy odor.
My children have owned geox before and this has never happened. As far as I'm aware this technology is supposed to keep wetness away from the feet not attracting it. On this occasion my money was completely wasted...
